-$30 per bin deposit – required when placing your order. Fully refundable once bins are returned in good condition.

-Free for the first 48 hours after delivery.

-Just $0.30 per bin per day if you need extra time.

How Does It Work Exactly?

1.Order Online All bin rentals must be placed directly through our website. A $30 deposit per bin is required at checkout. Bins cannot be delivered without this payment.

2.Delivery to Your Door We’ll deliver bins to your home or office on the date you select when placing your order.

3.Pack Your Way You can pack the bins yourself, or our professional movers can handle the packing for you (additional fee applies).

4.Moving Day On moving day, we’ll transport your packed bins along with your furniture and other items.

5.Unpack & Return You’ll have 48 hours to unpack for free. Need more time? No problem—keep the bins longer at just $0.30 per bin per day.Once you’re done, simply schedule a same-day or next-day pickup and we’ll take them off your hands.

6.Optional Unpacking Service Don’t feel like unpacking? Our team can do it for you and collect the bins right away (additional fee applies).

Payment & Refunds

-Orders must be placed and paid through our website.

-The $30 deposit per bin is required upfront.

-After we collect your bins, we’ll calculate any overages for extra rental time.

-Deposit refunds are issued within 14 business days once bins are returned in the same condition and all paperwork is in order.

-Lost or damaged bins (including cracks) are non-refundable. Please inspect bins at delivery to confirm they are in good condition.

Cancellations

-Orders may be cancelled up to 72 hours before your scheduled delivery date for a full refund.

-If you cancel within 72 hours of your scheduled delivery date, a $200 cancellation fee will be deducted from your refund.

-This fee covers the labor, time, and preparation involved in cleaning and readying bins for each customer’s order.
